Quotes Ton'e I like you're writing it's strong yet soft. I love how endearing of the character Dell. I never imagined a man so vulnerable. We're so use to the strength a man we forget his human heart. I think you are on to something. I really hope someone picks this up for a movie. It's a great story. Quotes

Impressive writing

Quotes Completed the book and it was a good story and I like the characters to the book. I thought Dell and Roger was a reality check to what a friend or family member can get away with because we trust them. Fraud and stealing someone identity is a tough one to recover from and you covered that very well. I mean you gave it such detail right down to the money, credit cards and jail time. I loved how you redeemed Dell's life and gave him power and strength through his circumstance. I appreciate heart of his friends showing how men can support one another without issues when they work together. I think your book can be a eye opener to people. Best of luck Ton'e Quotes

Quotes Good Book! The title was capturing and the story was full of surprises. Jackie is the stand out character for me. I think she was the unexpected twist of your story. That hotel scene blew me away and I just can't imagine how you came up with that storyline. You really gave personality to her that I have never read before. I thought the way you gave Frances closure with her parents was priceless and true to the spirit of a real mature woman. The book is well balanced, a smooth read and you can take any one of the characters and create a series. I am encouraged by the story of the book and I certainly wish the best to you with your writing career. God bless you! Quotes

Good Book

Quotes This is a great story with the ability to make you think twice about our priorities in life. It gives us a look into the lives of the homeless here in our nation and what can happen once our identity is lost or stolen from us. This is a book I would highly recommend. Very interesting...did not want to put down. It was a very humbling story. Quotes

This was no disappointment

Quotes Rough Patch~Twisted Fate" provides an excellent portrayal of a man who, after a shocking experience that forces him to rethink his priorities, moves from the exclusive corporate world of engineering to a position of homelessness because of a best friend/co-worker who steals his identity and creates a life using Dells information.. He became a lost soul until he met this beautiful girl (Frances) who encourage him to believe life wasn't over if he could find his faith in a greater power. Surprisingly believable, and, while it is sympathetic to the homeless, it is not saccharine. The resolution is perfect. I am totally impressed. Quotes

Quotes Well Ms. Ton'e I have completed the reading of your book. It was a good start but I got a little distracted, but when I got to the juice of the story I couldn't believe how wonderful the story became. I really enjoyed the characters. Frances was identifiable, Dell was a heart throb and you couldn't help but fall in love with him. Although I could have used a little more Drake. I am impressed that you gave a positive light to a man's heart and at the same time showed the strength of a woman. I recognized hardship and the wild journey you took each character on was fascinating. Gerri she was a complete Angela Bassett. My goodness I couldn't believe how emotional I got as I got into the story. There were characters you couldn't help but love to hate and I can see sequels if you dare. I think I have become a fan Ms. Ton'e. Quotes

A happy read

Quotes I loved the book Rough Patch ~ Twisted Fate and couldn't put it down. I would fall asleep trying to keep my eyes open to get it finished. I was intense with every character and the twist were mind blowing. I couldn't wait to see how it would end especially for that Roger I tell you I wanted to hate him but loved how you let fate handle him. God was so involved within the characters lives in a subtle way but so strong you couldn't help but connect. You did what you set out to do and that was to give hope, inspire and create a great story to enjoy. You are a very good storyteller. I think once people get a hold of your books they will become true fans. Keep writing you do have a extrodinary gift. Quotes
Proud of you Ton'e

Quotes Ms. Ton'e I am all done. Your book Rough Patch Twisted Fate was a really good read. I enjoyed it very much. I read the comments of how many people like Dell but for me I am a Tower kind of girl. He is my hero, I loved how he stepped in and showed what a true friend is all about. He set a standard to how I would like my friend to be. I also loved, loved how you matured Frances and the last visitation of her parents. That was golden. I expected something entirely different and when I read that I cried but I learned something too, she was a far more powerful character than given credit for. She held the entire book together and I loved the ending, it was just right. I can't believe I actually read a 600 page book that wasn't a study assignment for school. Smile! It was worth it. You are a really good storyteller. Quotes
